How do I subscribe to Pro Player or Tournament Director?
In the PoolHub app, tap your profile icon β Subscription β choose Pro Player ($9.99/month) or Tournament Director ($29.99/month).
All payments are securely processed by Apple via the App Store. Your subscription renews automatically each month and you'll receive a receipt by email from Apple.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime β there's no penalty and you'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
- From the app: Settings β Subscription β Manage in App Store β tap Cancel Subscription.
- Or directly on iPhone: Settings β Apple ID β Subscriptions β PoolHub β Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings β Help & Support β Delete Account in the app.
Confirm with your password (or the phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT if you signed up with Google or Apple).
We give you a 30-day grace period β log back in any time within those 30 days and your account is fully restored. After 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently removed.
Heads up: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store (deleting your account does not cancel them).
How do I report a post, shot, or user?
Tap the β― (more) menu on any post or shot, then choose Report. Pick a reason and optionally add details. Our team reviews every report.
For urgent issues (impersonation, threats, illegal content), email dean@poolhub.live with details and links/screenshots so we can act faster.
I can't sign in or I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? β we'll email a reset code to the address on your account. The code expires in 1 hour.
Don't see the email? Check your spam folder. If you signed up with Google or Apple Sign-In, use those buttons instead β those accounts don't have a separate PoolHub password.
Streaming isn't working / video is black
Try these in order:
- Make sure you're on Wi-Fi or 4G/5G β streaming requires a stable connection.
- Check that PoolHub has Camera and Microphone permissions enabled in iOS Settings β PoolHub.
- Force-quit the app and reopen it.
- Make sure you're on the latest app version (App Store β PoolHub β Update if available).
If it still doesn't work, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and app version.
How do I create or join a tournament?
Browse tournaments in the Tournaments tab. Tap any tournament to see details and register. Some tournaments have entry fees β these are processed at registration.
Tournament Directors (TD subscribers) can create their own tournaments from the Tournaments tab β + Create Tournament.
I was charged but my subscription didn't activate
In the app, go to Settings β Subscription and tap Refresh. This forces PoolHub to re-check your subscription status with Apple.
If the status still doesn't match what Apple charged you, email dean@poolhub.live with a screenshot of the App Store receipt and your PoolHub username β we'll fix it manually.
I want a refund
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple, not PoolHub directly: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase, find the PoolHub charge, and choose Request a refund. Apple typically responds within 24β48 hours.
How do I become a Pool Hall partner / list my venue?
We're actively expanding pool hall partnerships. Email dean@poolhub.live with the subject line "Pool Hall Partnership" β include the venue name, address, contact, and number of tables.
